Botox costs $14 per unit at LUX Med Spa at Buckhead Plastic Surgery and $13.50 per unit at Skin Pharm, according to each clinic's own price page. Both clinics are in Buckhead. We did not find a price page for a clinic in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs or Roswell, so these are two clinics' list prices and not an Atlanta average.

What two Buckhead clinics charge
We found two clinics in Atlanta that publish prices. Both are in the Buckhead area, not in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs or Roswell. Each price below comes from that clinic's own page.
LUX Med Spa at Buckhead Plastic Surgery charges $14 per unit of Botox and $13 per unit of Dysport. It says treatment in the Atlanta area typically begins at $200 and goes up with the number of areas treated. Skin Pharm lists Botox or Dysport at $13.50 per unit.
Other treatments on the same price lists
Skin Pharm lists Juvederm and Restylane from $750, Sculptra at $900 per vial and Skinvive at $750 per treatment. It lists microneedling at $500 per treatment, or $900 with PDGF.
It also lists Moxi laser at $700 per treatment, BBL photofacial at $500 per treatment and a ZO 3-step peel at $400. These are one clinic's list prices. Another clinic may charge more or less, and we did not find a second source for these items.
Why prices differ and what we could not find
The two clinics are close on the per-unit price for Botox, but they are only two clinics. Prices differ by clinic, by product and by date. Skin Pharm's page has no date. An older page from the first clinic showed a different price, so check that any price you see is current.
One national blog says the average Botox price in the United States runs about $12 to $25 per unit. It does not mention Atlanta, so use it only as background. We did not find a published price for a North Atlanta clinic. The only way to get a price for your visit is to ask the clinic for a written quote.
Who may inject in Georgia
The Georgia Composite Medical Board says these procedures are the practice of medicine. It says physicians may not delegate them to medical assistants, and that injecting botulinum toxin and soft tissue fillers does not fall within the scope of practice for estheticians. Georgia's rules list delegating this to medical assistants as unprofessional conduct for a physician.
Georgia rules also say an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) works under a written nurse protocol agreement with a physician. The agreement is signed by both and filed with the Board.
One third-party summary, from Med Spa Standards, says a registered nurse may give the injection but may not assess or order it. It is not an official source. We could not open the Georgia Board of Nursing's own statement. Confirm the nursing rules with the Georgia boards before you rely on them.

We did not find the licence lookup pages for the Georgia Composite Medical Board or the Georgia Board of Nursing, so we will not guess at them.
